Use this form to nominate a TA for the FSc Richard Jarrell Excellence in Teaching at the Graduate Level Award. Please, review and address the awards criteria in your submission below. Although a full nomination package is required to be considered for an award, we encourage students, TA's and faculty to submit a nominating letter for their TA at any time (so long as they are not currently enrolled in the TA's course). TA’s may write letters of support, but they must be in addition to student letters, not replacing them. Your letter(s) will be kept for four years. When at least five student letters are received within a four-year period, we will assemble a full nomination package. We encourage you to motivate other students to also write a letter so that we can prepare a full nomination!
